Solar First has many on-going metal rooftop mounting projects, with angular roof clamp, standing seam roof clamp, trapezoid roof clamp, arc type roof clamp and wave type roof clamp. Of which, the following type is the most well-received by customers and is widely applied in our Malaysian 40mw rooftop project site.

This metal roof clip lock is made of AL6005-T5 and SUS304 bolts, and is locked on metal roof directly. End clamp kits and mid clamp kits are placed above the clip locks to fix the solar panels tight. There’s no need to use roof rails. No hole-drilling is another big benefit. No leaking will occur after assembling.

Its light weight, no rail and no hole-drilling solution make the project cost-saving, time-saving and easy for assembling.
