Product Description

The Klip-Lok clamp is a non-penetrating connector made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel fastener. It clamps and secures the roof without drilling, effectively protecting the roof's waterproofing layer. This product has a wind resistance up to 60m/s and a snow resistance up to 1.4kN/m², is easy to install, highly reliable, and durable. It is widely used in distributed photovoltaic projects in industrial and commercial buildings.

Important Notes:

 Roof Type Confirmation

This clamp is only suitable for metal roof panels with a Klip-Lok structure. The Klip Lok clamps also have various model, for example 406, 700, 750.

 

 Load Calculation

The number and spacing of clamps should be calculated by a structural engineer based on local wind speed, snow load, roof span, and other conditions.

 

 Installation According to Specifications

Bolts must be tightened to the specified torque (usually 16-20 N·m) using a torque wrench. Overtightening may damage the roof rib, while undertightening may cause slippage.

 

 Roof Condition Inspection

Before installation, ensure the roof panels are free from severe rust, deformation, or coating peeling; otherwise, the clamping force may be insufficient.
