This system integrates photovoltaic supports with spiral ground anchors, and is suitable for commercial or public-scale power stations. It can provide rapid and stable ground support.
The main components are made of high-strength aluminum alloy (such as AL6005-T5, AL6063-T5), and are equipped with adjustable spiral ground anchors. During construction, a special machine is used to screw the spiral ground anchors into the soil layer, and then the prefabricated all-aluminum support is connected to them. The entire process does not require excavating the foundation or using concrete.

Applicable Scenarios
▶ Large-scale centralized ground-based photovoltaic power stations
Suitable for MW-level power stations that require rapid deployment. Spiral ground anchors do not require excavation or concrete, and the construction period is significantly shorter compared to traditional foundations.
▶ Hill and mountain photovoltaic projects
They can adapt to uneven terrain and do not require large-scale land leveling. The height of the supports can be adjusted according to the terrain to reduce the disturbance to the surface soil of the mountains.
▶ Gobi desert and rocky soil
Suitable for soil containing gravel, pebbles or small-sized stone blocks but not forming continuous rock layers. Spiral piles can be inserted normally. In case of necessity, pre-drilling can be conducted as an aid.
▶ Agricultural greenhouses and photovoltaic-fish farming complementary project
It causes little disturbance to the soil, which is beneficial for protecting the topsoil. The spiral blades enhance the anti-pulling bearing capacity and are applicable in tidal flats or areas with high water levels.
▶ Sandy soil and soft soil
Construction in sandy soil and loose soil is more convenient.
▶ Distributed photovoltaic parking lot
Construction speed is fast, and it causes little damage to the ground surface.
Applicable Soil Type
The spiral pile foundation is suitable for the following common soil types:
Geological Limitations to Consider
The following geological conditions present significant installation difficulties or are not suitable for this method. It is necessary to conduct an assessment in advance or switch to another foundation form.
▶ Continuous and intact hard rock strata
The surface or shallow layer consists of strong-integrated pure rock formations such as granite or limestone. Spiral piles are difficult to be inserted into these formations, so they are not recommended. Rock anchors or precast concrete foundations can be considered instead.
▶ Sandy layer with extremely high fluidity
In the loose sandy layer with high fluidity, the bearing capacity of the ground anchors is insufficient and the effect is not satisfactory.
▶ Highly corrosive soil
Although aluminum alloys have some corrosion resistance, additional anti-corrosion measures need to be evaluated in highly corrosive environments.
▶ If the content of stones is too high (such as exceeding 30% by volume and with large particle sizes)
The installation difficulty will significantly increase. It is necessary to assess in advance whether to pre-drill holes or switch to other foundations.
Summary
Overall, this system is characterized by its core competitiveness of "rapid site establishment, environmentally friendly, and adaptable to various terrains". If your photovoltaic power station project has strict requirements for construction time, is located on complex or ecologically sensitive terrain, or aims to minimize long-term maintenance troubles, this system will be more attractive compared to the traditional concrete solution.
